Matchday 13 - 8/03/2020 Safari won 4-1 in the cup; brilliant performance from all the lads today 1-0 with G free kick. 2-0 J penalty. 2-1 then 3-1 C and finally 4-1 J; well done lads.
Matchday 12 - 1/03/2020 Ended in a comfortable win for Safari in the end with goals from A, Jm, Jk, G and C. Good performance - not a great first half, but after a few words at half time 😂 came out a different team.
Matchday 11 - 23/02/2020 Ended in an a goalless draw as we didn't put our chances away, but a very good performance from our defence - they never had the chance to put a shot on target; Safari MOTM- K; played well defensively clearing with long balls and strong tackling.
Matchday 10 - 2/02/2020 Safari played Blakedown Colts; fantastic all round performance from our boys today, ending up with a great win to us with 4 players on the score sheet.. Goals from J, M, R & F.
Matchday 9 - 26/01/2020 Under 9's Safari were away to AFC Birmingham .... Was a good overall performance even though we didn't get the result we wanted due to a dodgy referee decision from our own coach (Steve) who awarded them a penalty which gave them the win🙈.. POTM- McK for his first goal of the season & it was fantastic.
Matchday 8 - 05/01/2020 U9 Safari played Wordsley West today; still level at half time despite lots of chances missed by us. Finally went ahead with 10 minutes left with a goal from J before a Hat trick from G settled things. POTM - G.
Matchday 7 - 15/12/2019 Safari started off well and went a goal up early on - then a bit of toing and froing, but when we pushed for the game late on we conceded a couple on the break and ending up on the losing side sadly. Goals from G - MOTM C.
Matchday 6 - 08/12/2019 Not the best of games for us today; came out fighting going 1-0 up with G getting on the scoresheet.. then ended up losing as the boys lost their heads when they went behind.. a couple of defensive mistakes as well which we will sort in training and hopefully back to winning ways next week.
Matchday 5 - 01/12/2019 Local derby again SP Jungle - excellent game of football; two closely match teams and went in honours even at half time. 2nd half - penalty awarded against us; VAR needed but JD jnr 🙈missed anyway so no bother. Just lost out late with a goal on the break. We'll do you next time lol. A credit to both teams today were all winners as we are all panthers; love these kids playing great football 😊🐾⚽🖤💜
Matchday 4 - 24/11/2019 We had a tough game at home to Kewford in really muddy conditions; we went in up at half time and ended up winning in the end with goals from J, G and an own goal We couldn't pick man of the match as they all played well, but the other manager picked our GK for his unbelievable saves again this week...

Matchday 1 - 08/09/2019 Safari, so goody..... Well done to our Sedgley Panthers Safari U9s, first game of the season as a new team!! Well done to F (parents player) and J (coaches player) all played well and all well behaved for the minute silence. 💜⚽🐾🖤
